I had been on my fourth month of truck shopping. Not shopping for your regular everyday work truck, but for a beast that would tower over every other four wheeled-machine out there. The day the 2007 King Rancher with a 10" lift and 37's on 22's came in, I got a call from Gary Dhillon. It was a little beyond what my wife and I had budgeted, but with a lot of hard work from Gary in sales, Derek the owner and Sheri the business manager, we figured everything out.

The emphasis that TCJ Auto puts into customer service is what every other dealership should strive to accomplish. Their concern for the customer's satisfaction is sincere and they make the shopping and buying experience enjoyable. They work fast and do everything they can to deliver on their promise: "If you can't find what you want, we will build what you want!" I am not going lie, this was very fun for me. The three other dealerships I had tried simply didn't give me a feeling of customer appreciation. From the free vanilla coffee to staying late and starting early to working together to find a great financial plan to delivering the truck to my door, one could not ask for anymore from a dealership. At times it felt like I was part of a TV series like Unique Whips or OCC where the environment is like one of a big happy family.

The lease on my other vehicle is over in 10 months and guess where I am going for a sweet new ride? You got it, TCJ Auto!

We recently purchased a 1993 Ford F-350 from Gary Dhillon at TCJ auto. We were looking for a pre-1995 Ford PU. We were very pleased with the purchase as the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. The staff at TCJ were very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase of this used vehicle. They assured us should anything go wrong after the purchase that they would not leave us stuck with the problem. We were very leary about buying a used vehicle due to experiences in the past we have had buying used. The people at TCJ should be commended for their after sales support as we did encounter a serious issue with the transmission. They took care of the issue in a very timely fashion and we were extremely pleased with the experience. We look forward to being a repeat customer at TCJ Auto and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle. Special thanks to Gary Dhillon for making this purchase a great experience.
